Anything is possible when we put our heart and mind into it!
I am sure you have heard this before, and probably even told it to someone around you. And it is so true! Whilst we are here to explore what we are capable of, I thought I would share my journey of publishing my book Change Matters, coming out in print this month!
As the years were passing by and I was working with clients from different sectors and organisations, often I was asked if I would ever write those anecdotes and thought-provoking stories, and write a book. The idea was thrilling but also nerve-wracking! It is not just about writing those narratives but doing so in an entertaining and also educative manner so that readers would enjoy them and learn from them. I knew I would need a team to help me make it happen, and I knew it is possible if I put my heart and mind into it!
I was recently interviewed by Melitta Campbell, host of the Driven Female Entrepreneur podcast and explored a few key topics around how to publish a book and market it through crowdfunding. Some of the insights are about:
- My personal journey to become a business owner & independent consultant after a long tenure in the corporate world,
- Transforming limiting beliefs and thoughts when going through the ups and downs of writing a book and engaging others through crowdfunding, and
- Highlighting the profound importance of embracing change at the workplace, with a foundation built on respect and integrity.
